Saint Chinian

This vineyard of Saint Chinian is located in the Hérault area, North to the city of Narbonne and North West to the city of Béziers. The vineyard covers one side of the hill facing the Mediterranean Sea from one hundred to two hundred meters high. It exists since the Middle Age and produced mainly red and rosé wines.
They are aromatic with vegetable and mineral aromas, and are produced from Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault grapes. They are recommended with rabbit, dished with garlic and onions, stuffed vegetables, duck and Salers, old Gouda and Pelardon cheeses.
